[CM-730] How to convert TTL to RS485

Simply apply the 2 changes below to change the comm. method.

YELLOW : Change location of resistance

                RS24 Short : 3P

                R25 Short : 4P

RED : Must change connector.

         Not sold separately by ROBOTIS.
