KIT,PLATFORM | [ROBOTIS MINI] The robot keeps on falling when performing a motion.

1) The battery is low
If the battery voltage is low, some motions that require more current may cause the robot to turn off or fall.
Please fully charge the Li-ion battery and try again.
 
2) There is a problem with the assembly (ID position, horn position)
When the App is on, the motors move to their initial position.
If the assembly has not been done properly (ID or horn position is wrong),
the robot’s initial position will be out of shape, which could damage the motors.
In this case, please turn the power off and check the assembly again.

 
If the assembly has been done correctly, please run the ACTUATOR TEST to check whether the initial pose is same as the pose shown below.
 
3) The rivet falls out
If the rivet isn’t firmly assembled, it may fall out during operation.
Even if it doesn’t fall out, the play (looseness) may cause the robot to fall.
Please check the rivets’ assembly status.
 
4) The gear is damaged
The gear may be damaged if you run into symptoms like;
  - The motor works, but makes ticking noises and has low torque.
  - When rotating the motor manually with your hand, it feels like there is something being stuck at a certain point.
In this case, please contact your local distributor (or us) and apply for an RMA.
 
5) The motor is damaged
The motor may be burnt if you run into symptoms like;
  - The motor works, but it works slower than other motors.
  - The motor doesn’t rotate when manually rotated by hand.
