In order to operate Ubuntu on Intel Joule, BIOS firmware 193 is specifically recommended. (https://developer.ubuntu.com/core/get-started/intel-joule)
Updating Joule BIOS firmware with the latest version(1J2) might cause unstable operation with Ubuntu and malfunction of HDMI port.
Therefore, please use BIOS firmware 193 in order to be stable with TurtleBot3 Waffle.
